The Soulbond Code - Beta Version by Azusa of Amorpha What is a "Code"? Basically, it's a little bit of text included at the end of signatures and such which can be decoded to reveal information about people and their involvements in various fandoms and the like. The whole "Code" phenomenon started with the "Geek Code," afawk, and then proceeded to branch out into various other manifestations, such as the Furry Code, the Goth Code, the Final Fantasy Code, etc. The SBers' Code was inspired by seeing the Multiple Code (http://disenchantedforest.com/code/) and thinking that it would be useful to tailor something like that specifically for SBers. (For the record, while we also have a Multiple Code and many multiples also SB, we thought it would be useful to have a code with specific information on the SBing aspects of the system.) Fronting: f--- They're just -there.- You don't communicate with them or interact with them, but you feel a connection nonetheless. f-- Rarely if ever communicate with you; make themselves manifest only during situations which directly involve them. f- Present at times, but are more of a "background noise" than anything. f Definitely there, but talk more to each other than to you. f+ Present most of the time, whether or not they talk; occasionally influence your body language, behavior, mannerisms, etc. f++ Communicate with you often, and occasionally take full or partial control of the front. f+++ Able to take full control of the front at will and often does. Opinion of Roleplaying: R--- Wouldn't even consider it. R-- I'm not really into it, though I'm not totally averse to the idea. R- I've tried it before, but it's not generally my thing. R I roleplay from time to time. R+ Love it and look forward to it. R++ It's a major part of my life and I have regularly scheduled campaigns/sessions. R+++ Real life? That's one of those urban legends, isn't it? R? Never tried it; wouldn't know. Sociability of SBs (or lack thereof): S--- It's against my rules/principles to let them talk at all. S-- They never talk to others outside my head of their own will, though I'd let them if they ever felt so inclined. S- Only speak up when a conversation directly involves them. S Chat with people outside the head from time to time. S+ They join in my conversations on a regular basis. S++ They spend as much time talking to my friends and their SBs as I do. S+++ Most people know them better than they know me! Art: A-- No artistic skill whatsoever. A- I doodle from time to time, but nothing serious. A I do art of my characters, but I'm not all that proud of it. A+ I draw frequently and post work online. A++ Drawing is the ONLY thing I do. Writing: W-- Hukd on fonix wurkd for me! W- I make up stories, but I never get around to writing them. W I dabble in it from time to time. W+ I enjoy writing, although it's not a major part of my life. W++ I'm well on my way to carpal tunnel syndrome, if I don't have it already.
